Now, more than ever, it is so important to focus on our creativity, imagination, on what we can do to create solutions for our future. To do that, our mental health is vital, practicing gratitude and holding pay it forward days weekly are just two ways we can shift our focus.

So, today, take a moment to recall all the times someone gave you a hand. A parent, teacher, guide, coach, friend, a stranger. Perhaps it was a smile on a day you were down. An act of kindness can make a real difference to someone today, big or small.
