You may have watched You Tube Broadcasts and seen social media posts where I have continually spruiked about the Need for Female Leadership.
Please know that when I refer to the NECESSITY of creating masculine/feminine balance it is not specific about men, but the feminine aspect present in both sexes. In fact many amazing men have supported the Areti Goddess Events empowering women!
There is no doubt that the masculine has led the world to its knees, given statistics for women. The competitive, testosterone nature of men is no match to the strategic, collaborative, highly organised, nurturing nature of women.
Yet to this day, so many of us don’t have a voice or freedom to express and be ALL OF WHO WE ARE. That is why the Areti Goddess Online Program is here to empower you. My legacy, sharing what I have learnt over a lifetime to empower you personally and professionally.
WHY?
Because there is no doubt that this balance is essential for our cultural survival going forward and YOU ARE NEEDED GODDESS.
So today, to inspire you, I want to share a TED talk with you from Dr. DeRetta Cole Rhodes. With this talk, Dr. DeRetta Cole Rhodes discusses how we can all better embrace and cultivate female leadership. Dr. DeRetta Cole Rhodes is the chief human resources officer for YMCA of Metro Atlanta. Previously, Dr. Cole Rhodes has held leadership positions at First Data, Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc, Ernst & Young, HomeGrocer.com, ADP, and YUM brand. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, her Master in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University, and her PhD in Adult Education from the College of Education.Her experiences in the workforce inspired her dissertation focused on female leadership in corporate America.
