For those of you working the Areti Goddess Online Program, you will notice a running theme of eliminating STRESS.
We are plagued by obligation are we not? Most of us can recall a time when something didn’t feel right but we thought we had to do it can we not?
We are told what we “have to do” most of our lives. If we are not told, we tell ourselves because that is our conditioning.
There is no doubt that certain tasks must be performed to achieve our Goals. The point is never to arrive at the place of obligation rather than inspiration. When we are inspired and living our WHY, our motivation is pure.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Goddess, you NEVER HAVE TO do anything you do not Choose! Remember that everything is a choice we make, even if it is automatic.
This week, I challenge you to erase “I have to” from your vocabulary. Try it for an hour, a day, a week.
