Who cares how big or small a win is, a win is a win!

Firstly I would like to thank all of my new #followers, I am keeping my promise to follow you right back, please let me know if I have missed anyone. Super happy today, after establishing a couple of amazing strategic partnerships for Areti Goddess Events and being invited as the Australian Chair for the Global Women’s Empowerment Summit. I am so honoured.

Fridays are weekly wins days for Areti Goddess Events, you are welcome to join us on Social Media! The image above is from a win I experienced years ago, meeting someone I deeply value and respect, Dr. John Demartini. I was beyond happy.

Why is it important to acknowledge our wins as we go?

Do you find you work and work, keep working toward your goals, forgetting to stop to acknowledge wins along the way? Perhaps you have had the experience of teaching and finding you are surprised at how much you know and took for granted, that others don’t… The point is, we all do it. That is why it is important to stop and smell the roses along the way. If we don’t we miss so much.

Give Yourself Credit

Most of us are really good at beating ourselves up with that pesky inner critic chattering non stop. One way to boost your self-worth is to give yourself credit as you travel along your journey. Especially if you haven’t received the credit you deserve from external sources, like family, friends, or co-workers.

When it comes to goal setting, our Big game, Big Goal is established first. That is usually a goal we make, “if anything is possible” (which it is). On the way to our Big Goal, smaller goals are set. This is a practice you will be familiar with, especially if you work with a coach. When it comes to wins, they can be professional or personal, big or small. That is the beauty of giving yourself credit. Every time you acknowledge an achievement, it brings you joy.

When you experience joy, your vibration elevates. Then, like magic, you begin to attract more and more wins, as well as people on a higher vibration. Opportunities begin to pour in and you don’t have to do a thing! As new Neural Pathways are created, your experience transforms. That constitutes a priceless gift. It is the feeling of being “in the zone”, better than sex!

It could be, that your goal this week was to do one class of yoga. Perhaps your goal was to drink or smoke a little less, to watch less Netflix or to cut down on social media time. Or perhaps it was to win a huge contract for your company. Perhaps your goal was to step outside your house. To climb mount Everest. The point is, achievements are personal. That is why, taking a moment to recap every Friday is a good idea. It is a start toward giving yourself credit every time you win!

So give yourself credit. Recognise that you achieve so much every day, every week, every year. Give yourself the gift of joy, you deserve it. We all strive, it is human nature. Remember to look back, to acknowledge your wins. The magic is in the journey, not the destination …

Wishing you Amazing Success,
