With the current climate, we are given the Challenge to grow. Every crisis is an opportunity for Growth, just look at history and how some people prospered while others perished.

Create or Deteriorate

So what does creating solutions mean? It means you have faith that you will always focus only on your Goal, you will ask the right question “What now?”

Repeating affirmations, especially in front of the mirror, reprograms your subconscious emotional mind (with constant repetition) and brings that reality into your present! Constant repetition is vital when you consider a lifetime of paradigms to shift. It is a most powerful exercise, I promise!
