As I enjoyed lunch at my friend’s birthday event, I found myself advising a client and friend, currently juggling ideas for her new business. She had always wanted to work for herself and found the right time, now that she is out of work. Louise felt quite overwhelmed and fearful, now that her decision was made. Of course this would be the case, as she has a few Goals in mind, for one.

Venturing out of your comfort zone and launching a new business is inherently scary. After all, most of us spend our entire lives seeking comfort! That is when I knew exactly what she needed to hear and it is the One Thing you need as you launch into your awesome enterprise. It is also why, at the age of 52, I decided to start my first company.

The first issue I found in this case, was the indecision between ideas she loves. The second issue to address was the fear associated with this life change.
