In a world filled with diverse opinions, preferences, and interests, the notion of making everyone happy can seem like an impossible task. Yet, many of us fall into the trap of trying to please everyone, sacrificing our own well-being and authenticity in the process. It’s essential to recognise the limitations of this pursuit and to cultivate a healthier relationship with the concept of happiness and Self.

The Illusion of Universal Satisfaction

While the desire to make everyone happy may stem from a genuine desire for harmony and connection, it’s important to acknowledge that happiness is subjective and varied.
