Did you know that most Start-ups fail within the first 3 Years? You would think it comes down to funding, or other operational issues. Actually, it is mainly due to the Founder, giving up. That is why, it is so important to keep coming back to your “WHY”. It is why living your Purpose and Passion, doing something meaningful that serves humanity is the surest bet to Success. When you are passionate about what you do, it is easy to come back to your WHY.
As my readers and clients know, I started my Entrepreneurial journey at the age of 52. If you know my work, you know that I am a huge advocate for working for yourself, in your own time! Doing what you love, is by far, the greatest gift and my definition of Success. Why? because it makes you so happy! I am always moved to tears seeing my clients succeed, it brings me so much joy!
