We all make 1 million choices daily, though many of them are Automatic and we don’t think they are. So often I hear clients say, “I don’t have a choice”.
There is ALWAYS a Choice, so here is Your Challenge, should you Accept!

Make Conscious Choices that are Good for You, with a Broader view, to include their Consequences. This means considering your choices in Self-Love and deciding if they are good for you!
