Wonder why things invariably go wrong when you try your best to Achieve a Goal?

It is called Self-Sabotage!

Just when you thought bad things keep happening to you! If you find obstacles keep you from achieving what you really want, time and time again, it is time to look within. Know that you are NOT ALONE. Life doesn’t happen to us, after all, it happens for us. Perhaps a comforting thought, as the Universe caters to our Desires.

It is like an invisible and unconscious ceiling or veil, beyond which, you cannot get past. It means you are getting in your own way and you don’t even realise it…

Self-sabotage happens when our desires don’t match our thoughts, beliefs, actions, values and vibration. This interferes with your potential to achieve Life Goals. Self-sabotage is a pattern of thoughts and actions causing ongoing issues. This means you engage in self-defeating behaviours such as avoidance, perfectionism, negative self-talk, procrastination, or conflict. Self-sabotage becomes especially destructive when the behaviour becomes a habit, done so automatically that you don’t even fully register you are doing it or that it is leading to negative outcomes.

What causes Self-Sabotage?
