Change Your Mind and Change Your Life
To manifest anything you desire, the belief and desire must match in vibration. For example, the desire may be to have a loving relationship, whilst the belief is that “no one will love me”. We attract our beliefs, that is why this work is so valuable. Ways to release limiting beliefs include inner child work, hypnosis, subliminal work and breath work with meditation and yoga. The most empowering way of doing it, is by consciously changing our beliefs.
STEPS TO CHANGE LIMITING BELIEFS
- Identify the belief. Begin with the label, thought or belief
2. Is the belief yours, or instilled by someone else?
3. What is the feeling associated with that belief?
4. When was the last time you felt this way?
5. When was the first time you felt this way? When you ask this question, you will receive an automatic response and it will be sometime between 0 and 7. Don’t question it
6. Decide what you would rather believe, especially if the belief was someone else’s.
7. The belief will weaken by shedding light on it
8. What is the payoff of having this belief? Eg. I get pity, attention etc
9. Is the Payoff worth it?
10. The decision to change your belief will make it dissipate
11. You will find that the evidence you kept getting to confirm your belief will begin to
lessen until it’s gone
12. Change your belief to one that serves you best and replace the evidence to confirm
it. You can do this by changing your perspective, finding a new point of view
13. Focus your attention on your new belief and the evidence around it
14. Be realistic about your new belief. Don’t make it an affirmation you won’t buy
15. You will find that the world will reflect your new beliefs with evidence to support
them. An example is going out angry and being faced with aggression wherever you
