To keep you Motivated in the Meantime…
10 Ways to Stay Motivated
▪Take it One Day at a Time
Our biggest motivation killer has to be overwhelm! When we consider everything we have to do toward our Big Goal, it can be too much! So, take it one day at a time, make lists and simplify things, down to the hour. This will alleviate any stress.
▪Create a Vision Board that excites you!
Your vision board is your licence to indulge yourself in your wildest fantasies! Gather images that you love, of what you deeply desire. Your board may consist of images of every aspect of your life. It is a creative process with great power.
▪Make S.M.A.R.T Goals
Making SMART Goals is a great way of finding clarity and purpose. Having them handy to view daily will motivate you along the way.
Have some fun! How often do you stop to reward yourself for your hard work? If you follow us on Social Media, you will notice every Saturday is #weeklyrewards day. Spoil yourself, you deserve it.
▪Believe in Yourself
Believe in yourself because you have actually made it this far. That means you are entirely capable, you can trust yourself completely. If your Self- Worth is suffering and you find this difficult, I recommend the first Module in my Online Program which is FREE, to Silence Your Inner Critic & Boost Your Confidence
▪Acknowledge your Positive Qualities
This is a great motivator for you! Acknowledging your positive qualities will reinforce your confidence and give you motivation to stay the course!
▪Recognise Your Progress
We can get so caught up on striving for our goals that we forget to clock our progress. Stop to smell the roses. Sometimes we take our progress for granted.
▪Visualise accomplishing your Goal Results
This is the most important exercise. It will help you create new Neural Pathways and bring your Goal closer to you.
▪Be Kind to Yourself
Always be kind to yourself, as you are to others. It is often said others don’t abuse us as much as we abuse ourselves. Be kind to yourself.
▪Don’t compare yourself to Anyone
When your Self-Worth is healthy, you realise you are no better or worse than anyone. Further, there is more than enough for everyone in the world.
I hope that empowers you today!
Wishing you amazing success,
